Nicole Keen is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She enjoys working with children aged 0 through 21 years with a variety of diagnoses focusing on increasing independence and confidence in skills necessary for childhood play and selfcare tasks.
A Pennsylvania native, Nicole received both her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University located in Dallas, PA in 2017. She completed her fieldwork at Advanced Therapy Solutions in Clarksville, TN and Beauregard Memorial Hospital in Deridder, LA.
Nicole began her career in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in rural Louisiana where she fostered her love for addressing difficulties in activities of daily living and self-care before pairing her skills and adoration for pediatrics. Following her time in Louisiana, Nicole spent two years in South Korea where she helped facilitate and participate in a motherhood and young child support group within the military community focusing on transitioning to new roles, child developmental, and acquisition of community resources. Since moving back stateside in 2019, Nicole has spent her time serving local children in both outpatient pediatrics and within the public school system. She joined Milestones in 2022.
Nicole is married to Scott, a helicopter pilot in the United States Army and has two children, Adelynn and Ellis. Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and beloved dog, Frankenstein, as well as traveling and finding new adventures.
