Jonathan is an associate licensed counselor offering individual therapy services to adults, adolescents, and children. Jonathan helps clients in areas such as anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, social skills, parenting skills, behavior management, and adjusting to trauma. Jonathan believes in utilizing a holistic approach to mental health. His treatment methods are an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focus Therapy. Jonathan also has a background in ABA therapy.
Jonathan works as a school consultant providing services to the teachers and students to create the optimal teaching environment. Jonathan runs a social skills group for adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Jonathan also works with the Headway Project to provide free psychoeducational services to people wanting to improve their mental well-being.
Jonathan recently got married in June of 2024. He, his wife, and their dog Copper enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach, listening to audiobooks, and watching different TV shows.
