Carla was a special education teacher and/or school psychometrist for twenty-six years in the Alabama School system. She was also a school psychometrist for the Alabama Virtual School for four years. She retired from the Dothan City School system.
Raised in south Alabama, Carla went to Troy University of Dothan for her undergraduate degree and The University of South Alabama for her master’s. She joined the team at Milestones in 2024.
Carla has been married to her husband Tony since 1995. They have two children, J.T. and Sarah, and a granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with family, leading the Impact room (Special Needs) at Harvest Church, going to the beach, binge watching TV shows, going to the gym, and reading.
