Who could stand a little counseling every now and then? Everybody! Counseling is all about building helpful thinking patterns, wise emotional expression, effective social problem solving skills, and healthy behavior. Our counselors work with individuals to address emotional or behavioral issues in that person’s daily life. It can look different depending on the patient’s circumstances and functioning level. The counselor will work with the individual or family to determine the best course of treatment to help them reach their goals.
