Speech Language Pathologist

Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology - Jacksonville University

Bianca Jenkins is a licensed speech language pathologist. She attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree and graduated from Jacksonville University in 2016 with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. Following graduation, Bianca completed a clinical fellowship at a pediatric outpatient clinic in Fort Campbell area, where her husband served in the Army and completed two deployments.

Her husband’s career path recently led their family to Fort Rucker. Bianca recently decided to return to working part-time at Milestones Psychology and Therapy, where she provides speech, language, and feeding services to pediatric clients. She enjoys bringing fun and creativity into her therapy sessions, using activities tailored to each child’s individual interests. Bianca enjoys working with the preschool population and believes that early intervention and treatment leads to optimal success. She believes in using a “whole child” approach to therapy, rather than just treating the child’s condition. She believes that family education and involvement in the child’s treatment plan is important to a child’s success.

When she is not busy at work, Bianca enjoys spending quality time with her husband, sons (ages 4 and 1), and two dogs. Her family enjoys an active lifestyle and you can usually find them outside exploring local parks and trails, or out on the beach fishing! During downtime, Bianca’s hobbies include working out, crafting and decor shopping.
