Jessica Smith
Office Manager
Jessica has been with Milestones since 2012. She started as the front desk check in receptionist and worked her way to Office Manager. Her responsibilities vary from scheduling, social media and marketing, training, vendor coordinator, heading up staff meetings, credentialing the providers, and she has developed many of the systems that help Milestones run smoothly and efficiently. Jessica loves her job and feels that she is blessed to have the opportunity to work with the staff, clinicians, and patients of Milestones Psychology & Therapy.
Jessica was born and raised in Western North Carolina and moved to Dothan in 2009. She is happily married to Josh and they have two amazing kids. When she is not working, Jessica enjoys going to the mountains, beach, kayaking, music and FSU football.
